“The Mt. Rose Elementary School received significate support from the organization including backpack, stationery and tablets for students. Most notably, the school was provided with a brand new bathroom and toilet for the preschollers, a facility that had been missing for years"~Principal-The SDA Elementary School

“As a single parent of six, the organization provided additional assistance that allowed me to use the funds for other needs. My children eagerly anticipated the Back to School event, and the giveaways brought them immense joy. As they grew older, they became involved with the organization, learning the importance of volunteerism, mobilization, and teamwork."~Community Member.

Back To School Program

From August 2014 to August 2024, our organization successfully provided back-to-school supplies to every child in the Mt. Rose community, from birth through their high school years, covering areas from Pointzfield River to the old LaTaste Post Office. This program took place in the community park, where children enjoyed a fun-filled day featuring a bouncy house, trampoline, face painting, games, and snacks. During the pandemic, we adapted our approach to ensure that children still received the necessary supplies and support while prioritizing their health and safety.

Project Restoration

Between July and October, our organization proudly refurbished the preschool bathroom at Grenada SDA Elementary School, thanks to the support of our dedicated donors. This bathroom had been closed for over ten years, requiring children to use facilities outside their classroom. The refurbishment has greatly improved the learning environment for the preschoolers, ensuring they have safe and accessible restroom facilities.p>
