Rolda Grant-Charles

Founder and Executive Director

Rolda has a Master in Public Administration, specializing in Non-Profit Management; Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Computer Information System and a Minor in Economics from the City University of New York-Baruch College. Having been an international student, Rolda understands the challenges associated with achieving success and is passionate about helping others succeed. Rolda currently work as an Academic Advisor in the Computer Science Department at a University in the US. Given her educational background and experience in Computer Information Systems and Public Administration, Rolda believes she possesses a unique blend of skills that she can leverage to introduce under-resourced students to the exciting world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). "But by the Grace of God I am what I am: and his Grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the Grace of God which was with me"..1 Cor 15:10

Asha Mc Ewen Sylvester

Programs Director

Asha currently holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from The St. George’s University-Grenada and an Associate Degree in Natural Sciences from the T.A Marryshow Community College-Grenada. Asha has worked with students at both the elementary and high school levels. She currently teaches at a High School in the south of the island. In the near future, she wishes to pursue a career in Pediatric Medicine. She believes that this career will permit her the opportunity to make positive contributions towards the safety and well-being of our nation’s infants, children and adolescents. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, hiking, craft making and most importantly, spending time with my family and friends.

Anslem Joseph

Finance Director

Qualified ACCA Level 2 Accountant from the Student Accountancy Center Limited-Trinidad, Mr. Joseph has worked in the Public Administration sector on the Island of Grenada from the years 1979 to 2012, serving as Director of Audit in the Audit Department for the last twelve years of his tenure. Now retired from the Public Administration sector where he left an impeccable record for his efficiency and accountability, Mr. Joseph is currently employed as an Accountant with the Grenada Seventh Day Adventist Conference. Mr.Joseph is favorably known among his fellow colleagues and is very well respected by both young and old within the community.

Kyron has taught for over 25 years, working at the elementary and high school levels. He currently heads the Math department at Grenada Seventh-Day Adventist Comprehensive School. Passionate about community development, Kyron has been actively involved in various initiatives to enhance educational opportunities and foster growth within his community.

Rose Fraser

Sharon Grant STEM Summer Academy Co-Lead

Rose is a highly qualified teacher with an associate's degree in early childhood education and 13 years of invaluable experience in education. She serves as a Grade 6 teacher, preparing students to transition from elementary to high school. Her commitment to education goes beyond her duties at the school; she is also the founder of Rosebud Educational Center. Over the past decade, Rose has dedicated herself to positively impacting the lives of students in her community. She has been the driving force behind a comprehensive after-school program, offering vital support and educational enrichment. Furthermore, Rose organizes and leads an enriching summer program annually, ensuring that students have continuous opportunities for growth beyond the academic year.
